HOW TO CONTROL NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

We can control our negative emotions like fear, anger and resentment by understanding that we are the soul and the we are more powerful than the mind.

All emotions appear in the mind.

We are not the mind, and we can choose how we feel, what we think, what we want and what we do.

When we feel bad in any way, we can raise your hands, dance and chant Hare Krsna and we will at once feel better.

We can practice to consciously choose to be happy and cheerful all the time, or at least most of the time.

If we practice gratitude for all that Krsna has given us we will always feel good.

If we understand that we are a servant of Krsna (God) and his parts and parcels (all living entities) than it is easier not to get angry and to be fearless

Miracles of God

God though invisible takes care of innocents.  This morning at Sahibabad Railway Station when I was there to catch my EMU train for New Delhi a school boy aged 15 slipped from a moving train in an attempt to board the slow moving train.  He fell half his body through gap on the Railway track, dragged while train moved on. someone onlookers/ passengers at the platform pulled him out, safe.  That boy amongst in large crowd touched the feet of the person.  Such miracles in life prove that His pure devotes and people always performing good karmas are messengers of God on the earth.  Such helping people do not earn credit for good deeds but thank God always.  He does good for every one provided we came up to His expectations – as son to his parents.

Just work in such a way that God may see you. This is the Krishna Consciousness movement.  Everyone is busy to see God.  Of course, it is not so easy to see God.  But a devotee is not busy to see God, but he wants God to see him.

There are two types of spiritualists and in the Sanskrit language one is called Bhajananandi and the other is called Ghosti Anandi.
Bhajananandi refers to one who personally likes to do spiritual activities, but are more reclusive and are concerned about their own salvation or liberation. Just by their being in the planet they are helping. But they dont go about of the way to liberate other people. If someone looks them up and asks them, theyll help them, but they more or less keep to themselves.
The other kind is called Goshti Anandi. He is a person concerned with liberating the whole world. He doesnt want to go back to God alone, he wants to take as many people as possible with him.
So Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita says that a person who is teaching the Bhagavad Gita to the devotees, is the most dear to Him. Someone who is giving this knowledge to other devotees is the most dear. So you will find that a lot of devotees are very enthusiastic to give knowledge to others.
